I was browsing for some ideas online when I came upon this site, A Creative Operation that has a tutorial on a mini album. It was so cute that I decide to make another mini album using that technique. Also, it had a lot of pockets for me to put more pictures in it. So, here is my take on that mini album. It still no pictures, I am still thinking what to put in them..:D
The cover of the album. I just made it in plain black so as to draw attention to the red ribbon and rhinestones on the buckles.
First page of the mini album. Most of the embellishments used are from the card making kit by eno greetings. The paper line used is from All About Scrapbooking by Hallmark.
The first page flap. Most of the photomats are in plain red cardstock.
photomats and more photomats!
The next page…
Part of the eno greetings card making kit includes these heart-shaped cards. I just attached a plain red photomat at the back of the card.
Page 2 photomats…:D
The heart shaped card with a photomat at the back… I added a fabric flower with a pearl brad at the center.
I also added a small tag to this photomat…;)
page 3 photomats…
page 4!…The teddy bear is so adorable!…:D
The heart card with tiny pink fabric rosebuds…
page 4 photomats
The last page of the mini album
This heart card has tiny butterfly sequins…
The final page photomats…
There it is!…My red and black romantic mini album. I really enjoyed making this mini album (also, because I’m so inspired…;)) This page is a bit bulky due to the embellishments and can hold many pictures! (yey!) Thanks to the A Creative Operation site for the wonderful and easy tutorial.
